ABOUT ME
I’ve been passionate about personal development for as long as I can remember. When I was in middle school, I wrote a book called How to Be Happy, filled with tips and tricks for creating joy. While my methods have evolved over the years (though I still stand by the therapeutic benefits of “playing with stickers”!), my passion for understanding how we can shape our thoughts, emotions, and environments to improve our lives has only grown. Across every professional role I’ve held — from corporate communications to tech startups — the part that always fascinated me most was building relationships and supporting people in their growth.
I’ve always been curious about what drives people, what holds them back, and how they can unlock their full potential. That curiosity led me to coaching, where I now help people who are ready to up-level their lives and become the best versions of themselves.
My approach empowers clients to define their goals, find clarity, and overcome the roadblocks standing in their way. With a background in communications and wellness, I bring a unique blend of skills to help you identify what truly motivates you and uncover the stories or beliefs that might be holding you back. As a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC), Energy Leadership Index® Master Practitioner, and certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, I take a holistic approach to personal and professional growth.
I work with high-achieving women who are seeking more — more alignment, more purpose, and more success. Together, we’ll explore the narratives you’ve been telling yourself and reframe them into empowering beliefs that align with your goals and values. My coaching combines proven tools and techniques with a focus on your unique strengths, so you can break through plateaus, create meaningful change, and achieve success on your terms.
If you’re ready to transformation, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Let’s make it happen.
Revity Coaching
Why "Revity Coaching"?
The name “Revity Coaching” holds a deeply personal meaning for me. It reflects my core belief that growth and balance are not mutually exclusive — they are the key ingredients for a fulfilling life. Choosing this name wasn’t just about finding something that sounded good; it was about capturing the essence of what I aim to bring to every client I work with: invigoration, purpose, and equilibrium.
The “Rev” in Revity represents the energy and momentum behind personal growth. Inspired by the idea of “revving up,” it’s about helping clients accelerate their progress and take intentional steps toward the lives they’ve envisioned. It’s that spark of drive and determination we all have within us, often waiting to be unlocked.
The “ity” reflects the state of being. It’s a nod to mental and emotional transformation that leads to lasting change. For me, it is about creating harmony between ambition and self-care, growth and stability, action and reflection.
I created Revity Coaching to be a space where people can feel both supported and challenged — a partnership designed to help you achieve your version of excellence without losing sight of what keeps you grounded. While I bring expertise, tools, and guidance to the table, you are always at the center of every session. It’s your journey, your goals, and your transformation. And I’m here to help.
Types of Clients | Example Sessions
Wondering what a coaching experience might look like? Below, I’ve shared some examples of why someone might seek coaching and what the process could look like for you.
THe aspiring executive
Who You Are:
A middle manager who is ready to step into an executive role but feels held back by self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Despite your accomplishments, you often question whether you are truly capable of the next level. You’re not seeking not just strategies to advance in your career — but also the confidence to own your expertise and feel worthy of the next level.
What You Are Looking For:
Support in overcoming imposter syndrome and silencing self-doubt.
Clarity on advancing to the next level in your career.
Guidance on how to effectively communicate your value to stakeholders and decision-makers (and to yourself!).
Tools to reframe negative self-talk into confidence and self-belief.
What a Coaching Engagment Might Look Like:
We might begin by exploring your internal narrative — what you are telling yourself about your worth and abilities — and we would identify patterns of self-doubt. Using coaching techniques, we’d challenge these limiting beliefs in order to shift these beliefs into supporting and empowering perspectives.
new Mom finding your footing
Who You Are:
A new mom navigating the complex transition of balancing motherhood with your personal and professional identity, while juggling the demands of this new role. You might feel a loss of your pre-baby identity, experience uncertainty about your priorities, and could be searching for ways to integrate this new chapter into your life without losing who you are at your core..
What You Are Looking For:
Space to process the emotional and identity shifts of motherhood.
Clarity on how to balance persona and professional fulfillment with family priorities.
Strategies to manage time, energy, and boundaries effectively.
Support in rediscovering your passions and defining what success looks like now.
What a Coaching Engagement Might Look Like:
We could explore how motherhood has changed your priorities and what aspects of your old identity they want to bring forward or evolve. We’d use coaching tools to identify the values most important to you now and create a vision for how your personal and professional lives can align with these values. This might include setting small, manageable goals, such as carving out time for self-care and reconnecting with hobbies, or advocating for your needs at work or home.
Solo-preneur Building a Brand
Who You Are:
A passionate solo entrepreneur in the early stages of starting a small business or side hustle. You are brimming with ideas but may feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of tasks and decisions you face. You might struggle with self-doubt, fear of failure, or maintaining focus amidst the chaos of launching a business.
What You’re Looking For:
Clarity on your vision, priorities, and next steps to starting your business.
Help overcoming fear — or perfectionism — that holds you back.
Strategies for time management and building resilience.
Accountability and encouragement to stay on track toward your goals.
What a Coaching Engagement Might Look Like:
We might start by unpacking your vision for the business — and the why. If you are feeling stuck, we’d explore what’s holding you back — whether it’s fear of failure, lack of clarity, or feeling overwhelmed — and work to shift those perspectives. Together, we could prioritize your to-do list, focusing on what’s most impactful, and create a plan to tackle it with confidence.
I’d love to help you rewrite your narrative. Let’s chat!
