Confidentiality
Our sessions are confidential. What is discussed and explored in our sessions will stay in our session. You have the space to share and reflect openly.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Your journey requires a strong commitment to yourself and mutual respect between client and coach. All sessions are pre-scheduled. If you miss a session or request a reschedule or cancellation without providing at least a 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full price for the session.
Payment Policy
Payment for sessions or packages is required in advance, ensuring commitment to the process. Payment methods and options (e.g., one-time, monthly) are available upon request.
refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not provided for completed or unused sessions. Some exceptions may apply.
Disclaimer
As a Certified Coach, my role is to offer guidance, emotional support, and encouragement, not medical or psychiatric services. I help clients reach their personal goals, but I cannot diagnose or treat any illnesses. Coaching is different from psychotherapy and should not be considered a replacement for licensed counseling, medical advice, or substance abuse treatment.
Termination POlicy
Either the client or coach may terminate the coaching relationship if they feel it is not a productive partnership. The coach may refer clients to other professionals if it’s determined that coaching is not the right path for them.
